Medium sweet. Nicely off-dry where a good portion of the sweetness is provided by the flavor rather than actual sugars. Light ginger manages to accentuate tannins from the tea while the elderberry provides some fruit and floral complexity on top but unfortunately never quite manages to blend between the two layers. Ok. …
Slightly sweet. Lightly tart fruit flavor is strong and relatively simple. Nearly becomes floral in the middle, but never gets quite to perfume. Finish isn't quite clean, but pleasantly retains a touch of the tartness and a little bit of tannin. Recommended

Rocky Mountain Evergreen Elderberry: Very sweet but nice. Decent quality sugar. Lingers a bit too long.
