Bionade Elderberry

Slightly sweet. Lightly tart fruit flavor is strong and relatively simple. Nearly becomes floral in the middle, but never gets quite to perfume. Finish isn't quite clean, but pleasantly retains a touch of the tartness and a little bit of tannin. Recommended
