Medium sweet. Well defined pear and perfumy floral quickly trade places smoothly through the middle. Pear starts but the elderflower is strong near the finish before both evaporate surprisingly quickly when the liquid is gone, leaving a subtly pear-skin flavored extended finish. Recommended.
