Popwell Cream Soda

Very sweet. Vanilla is present variously, but continuously, from nose to long but mild finish. The start is slightly sharper than one would normally expect from a typical cream soda, not entirely unwelcome, but can be a bit jaring at times. Caramel notes appear in the middle to soften that sharpness and add some needed depth. Best of the three Popwell that I've tried so far, but still not fantastic. Ok
