Slightly sweet. Natural ginger along with a kind of non-specific citrus burst with some fire and hints of turmeric through to the finish where the ginger tails off first. Very long, very muddled end is pretty unsatisfying. Ok. Purchased at Tim and Tom's Speedy Market.
